Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing or equivalent
- With at least one (1) year experience as Sales Secretary or Marketing Staff preferred but not required
- Willing to do multitasking and can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to render overtime if needed
- Flexible and know how to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
Job Description
- Responsible for the monitoring of day to day activity of Sales Executives
- Prepares monthly sales report and submit to company officers
- Assist client needs, responds to any complaint or problems with the product.
- Responsible to assist field engineers for setting up schedule to client when big problem arise, evaluate and make solutions on the said problem
- Responsible for promoting and driving the sales of companies goods and services.
- Responsible to book travels and set itineraries of sales engineers if needed
- Coordinates with sales executive if there are clients request
