RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide consultation with prospects by phone and email.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Caspio products and services.
Schedule and perform product demos via the web for prospects and clients alike.
Manage the sales process from Prospecting to Close.
Manage and track prospects and clients using a CRM while keeping accurate activity records.
Monitor overall experience of prospects and new clients.
Maintain broad and in-depth knowledge of the product, product features, and pricing plans.
Contribute to improvements in departmental processes and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in a Business or Technology-related discipline.
Prior2+ years of sales/consulting experienceconsulting with English speaking country.
Familiarity with the web basics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a big plus.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical people.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, as business requires it
