Contribute to the team performance by maintaining the relationship between customers and loan consultants.
- Develop and maintain cordial customer relationship and provide quality customer services.
- Act as point of contract for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal team (e.g.
sales, marketing, senior management) to address customers' needs.
- Encoding data regarding loan consultants and clients.
- Updating and monitoring accounts for loan consultants and clients.
- Other task which may be assigned from time to time.
