- Graduate of any business course
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- With pleasing personality, good selling skills
- Customer-oriented
- Good moral character, trainable and trustworthy
- Self-motivated needs mínimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must be willing to train for 2 weeks (training allowance provided)
**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Receives, schedules, follow up and entertains client and their inquiries
- Promotes and sell retail products, services, and membership
- Checks and monitors client records
- Books client for appointments and for possible enrolment
- Endorses client to Aesthetician for a particular service
- Assist the doctor as the need arises
- Handles Petty Cash and Retail Product Inventory
- Does Cashiering
- Responsible for bank transactions
- Prepares and submit accurate Daily Sales Report
- Maintains cleanliness of the reception area
- Arranges and replenishes retail products display
- In-charge of music operations at the waiting lounge
- In-charge of duplicate keys for the entrance door, stock cabinets, and lockers
- Receives delivery of products and ensures these are not damaged or spoiled
- Ensure all lights, aircon and equipment are turned off before leaving the branch
