You will be directly under the leadership of Gengo's Operations Manager in Manila and will work closely with senior sales members and departmental leads to administer the execution of business requirements. Daily tasks may include:
Interact with a global team of skilled individuals in Mania, the US and Japan.
Track weekly sales data and create sales forecasts, reports and internal data-analysis to help inform and guide future business operations.
Use SalesForce CRM software and other internal operations tools to identify areas for process and sales improvement
Working 1:1 with sales team members to share insights about their sales pipelines, close rates, lead conversions and other KPIs.
Create and document sales operations process so standardize our sales playbook materials
Create and maintain fields, views, reports and other salesforce objects and functions.
Perform data cleansing and database deduping, monitor data quality, Import and mass update data as needed
Oversee training of new and existing users on Sales tools and applications
Administrator onboarding and offboarding access controls for sales tools across the sales organization.
At least 3 (years) of relevant experience
Has immaculate attention to detail
Strong quantitative / analytical skills and experience with spreadsheet tools
Very comfortable with technology and online applications (including Google Suites)
Exposure SalesForce CRM or other comparable CRM system
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong references from former employers and partners
Can work independently and also collaboratively
Has experience implementing a systemized process that achieved results
Comfortable working cross-border with global teams across time zones
This position is part of the Sales team in Manila office. Work schedule is from 9 PM to 6 AM.
We pay competitive market rates. Expected range for this position is between PHP 25,000 and PHP 30,000 depending on experience level. All great candidates will be considered regardless of compensation requirements.
