As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for the overall achievement of your assigned region’s sales targets by activating referrals from the Branch Banking Group (BBG), Corporate Banking Group (CBG) , Banking Centers Group (BCG), etc. You will also support business development through market expansion and process enhancement projects.
How you'll contribute
Supervises and conducts performance review of Branch Channel Specialist and implement strategies to meet targets.
Oversees Branch Channel Specialist’s growth and development through coaching, mentoring, and training.
Solicits card acquisition deals as business opportunities from existing and prospective accounts of Corporate Banking, Banking Center, Wholesale to Retail and Bank of Tokyo partners.
Provides support through roadshows product briefing and workshops to partners.
Handles Corporate Card presentation to new clients referred by internal partners.
Develops, implements, and evaluates sales programs pertaining to Group/ Bulk Sales
Manages the assigned region’s bulk acquisition through Corporate card selling and cross-selling to retail, VIP list, and other bulk acquisition programs.
Conducts monthly business review with internal and external for strategy and relationship management.
Assists in the increase of branch referral activity through leads generation, sales support and engagement activities.
Executes Branch Channel’s plans and programs to achieve group sales targets and expand CIF, including customer referrals for Group Sales.
What we're looking for
3-4 years of experience in card or branch sales
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Able to come up with sales and marketing strategies to be cascaded to business partners
Able to communicate effectively both in oral and written form
Detail-oriented, quick learner, amiable and can relate to different levels of management
