Key Responsibilities: Track and analyze store sales to meet targets.
Create and implement strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.
Help with marketing and promotions to attract more customers.
Generate sales reports and provide insights to management.
Supervise daily store activities for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and product displays.
Follow company policies and procedures (SOPs).
Address customer complaints and operational issues.
Lead and motivate the sales team to reach goals.
Monitor employee performance and provide coaching.
Manage shift schedules and delegate tasks.
Communicate effectively between employees and management.
Encourage teamwork and collaboration in the store.
Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
