Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
2.
Sales and Promotion:
- Achieve individual and store sales targets thorugh proactive selling techniques.
- Recommend additional products and ervices to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product featuress.
3.
Checkout and Traansactions:
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately.
- Process returns and exhanges in accordance with store policies.
- Maintain knowledge of payment processing procedures and security measures.
4.
Team Collaborations:
- Work closely with other sales associates and store management to achieve overall store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills.
Qualifications
- College gradute in marketing/business administration/related field
- At least 1 year of slaes experience/ sales experience is a plus
- Preferably female
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detaill.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
