The Role POSITION TITLE: Business Banking Sales Officer – Broker Channel PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sells the Bank's MSME products through the different broker groups within the Bank to meet monthly sales targets.
Ensures proper execution, pre-screening/KYC, and closing of transactions for the brokers' clients.
Implements marketing programs, showcases, sales blitzes, and other campaigns.
Leads the cadence for the Broker Awarding events and ensures Business Banking Support Team tracks production of the Brokers for the rewards.
Gives regular updates to partners regarding their performance, new product offers, promotions, policies, processes, and turnaround time.
Conducts product training, orientation, or refreshers to the brokers, including MSME education or financial literacy seminars.
Conducts sales calls on own leads or broker leads and prepares call reports.
Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Financial Services.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
Years of Work Experience: 1 - 5 Years.
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree.
