- Build productive trust relationships with customers

- Management of petty cash fund inside the branch
- Release of clients loans
- Checking the compliance of loan release documents
- Strategize sales approach to effectively bring in new clients
- Strategize marketing approach to effectively bring in new Loan Consultants
- Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clientele, sourcing new customers and maintaining and building productive ling-term relationships with existing customers.
- Recruitment of Loan Consultants
- Reports to management on progress and issues within the branch.
