We are looking for a sales-driven and customer-oriented Sales Officer to oversee our sales team and assist the Sales Supervisor in determining the most effective solutions to increase brand sales. The Sales Officer’s responsibilities include recommending improvements to current sales strategies, coaching in-store sales personnel, as well as preparing accurate sales reports. Ultimately, the Sales Officer should have strong work ethic and demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service, and leadership skills at all times.The Sales Officer will be representing Butterfly Twists and Equipe Sports Apparel.DutiesAct as liaison between Sales Team and internal customers in channeling sales data information.Collects, consolidates and generates daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and roll up each brand’s sales performance to management.Works closely with warehouse and production team for allocation, stock transfers and inventory management.Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including retail trends for products and competitors.Provide ad hoc reports and analysis to understand quotas, sales promo performance, marketing activities and competitor impact.Makes weekly/monthly visits to all the stores to identify opportunities and weaknesses in the stores and create proposal to promote sales value, brand presence and increase operational excellence.Handles and manages a group of store sales personnel. Coaches, motivates, and engages the sales team along with the Sales Supervisor.Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Proven sales experience with a track record in achieving sales targetsExperience in handling sales promosWilling to do field work and travel to different locations within the countryProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related applications needed for sales reporting.
