Job Description:
Sales Staff- is responsible in taking all outright sales orders and encodes it in EXACT. It is also her responsibility to check the stock availability, price and coordinate with the warehouse and/or the agents regarding the special the special delivery instructions from customers.


Take orders from customers Encode orders to system Take down list of items to be pulled outfor deduction & for service Take inquiry from customers Inform customer the schedule of delivery Coordinate to purchasing officer regarding shipments of items Follow up / coordinate status of orders Email list of rush orders Email any revision on sales order Email list of rush orders Email any revision on sales orders Issue transmittal Fax / Email P.O. to invoicing department coordinate out of stock items Transmit all original P.O. Request collectibles status to accounting department Coordinate rush order Inquire stocks availability on warehouse department Seek approval of discounts and promotions to sales manager Log items not served due to out of stocks Report discrepancy Request account name of new customers to general manager Request item and box dimension to warehouse department Request and update office supplies for sales department Fax and email pricelist to customers Fax DR template to customer (Evershine) Email scan copy of invoice to customers (Megatoken and shoppers) Other Duties Assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administation or any four (4) year related course. Analytical and has good independent judgement Mature and has excellent interpersonal skills Can work with minimal supervision Computer literate
