Sales Merchandiser

1. Guide/assist pleasantly all customers passing by your assigned product display, anticipating their needs, satisfying them and thank them after engaging interaction with the customers, whether they purchase the product or not.
2. Suggest existing products promos, push products and new arrivals.
3. Give prompt service to all customers at any given time.
4. Tell the good qualities and advantages of the products.
5. Promote/sell products; make sure to reach the required quota of the client. And most importantly you have to convince the customer to patronize the products.
6. Maintain a good well-fixed/clean display and ensure that all stocks/items displayed are free from dust, with no worn-out and dirty plastic wraps/tapes/bundled pack both on and off the shelf display in each store.
7. Display and replenish on shelf all items available
8. Monitor and keep the record of the stocks inventory to ensure that sufficient stocks are available and out of stocks situation are minimized/avoided in the outlet.
9. Prompt and accurate submission of complete daily, weekly and monthly sales inventory.
10. Work 6 days a week. Be prompt. Avoid tardiness and under time. Record in your timesheet/timecard only the accurate/actual work hours you report in the outlet
11. Note consumer’s comments/feedbacks/competitive activities.
12. Wear the prescribed uniform/ID while on duty. Always be presentable and maintain your good appearance/profile/grooming.
