Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

We are an energy consulting and research firm with offices in Singapore and the US. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team our team as a sales and marketing coordinator. This is an ideal opportunity to become an integral part of our sales and marketing activities working along side our executive team.

Ideal candidates for this role should be well-organized, self-motivated, and must be excellent communicators (speaking and writing). The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work well in a remote environment and prioritize work based on business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Work with executive team to coordinate marketing campaigns by preparing and executing strategies, plans, and objectives
- Research, identify, and contact potential corporate customers
- Initiate sales process by making outbound telephone calls and sending
email
s to potential customers
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and our executive team
- Provide potential customers with basic explanations and benefits of our services
- Update the CRM (Hubspot) system with all account communication, leads, and opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing materials with graphic designer
- Engage & interact with social media (LinkedIn &
Twitter
) audience

Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in business to business (B2B) sales and marketing
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a company where priorities often shift and interruptions can occur
- Self-motivation, detail orientation, commitment to deadlines, and ability to work successfully both individually and in a remote team environment
- Experienced in the use of project management, marketing and CRM software (i.e. Hubspot) as well as Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel to Singapore or US on occasion (1-3 times per year) for team meetings and training
- Reliable PC or laptop computer
- Consistent reliable internet connection

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: PHP 25,000 - 50,000/month (based on experience)
