_The Marketing Associate is responsible for providing assistance for marketing administrative work and oversee after-sales customer service of our online platforms to help in the development of marketing strategies and plans, as well as the achievement of marketing KPIs.

**MARKETING ADMINISTRATION**
- Provide assistance for marketing administrative work and implementation of marketing projects
- Monitor competitive activities, marketing trends, and other desk research requirements that will help in the development of marketing strategies and plans
- Assist in coordination with internal departments and third-party suppliers, including schedules
**AFTER SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE**
- Manage and oversee the day to day after-sales inquiries of the online platforms to help track customer satisfaction and good brand image
- Respond to customer inquiries and takes action based on recommended solutions
- Liaise with various departments regarding administrative and logístical preparations to ensure fulfillment of after-sales transactions (swapping, refunds, etc.)
- Gather and analyze data to ensure KPIs are met and improve after-sales customer service
**Who are we looking for?
**
- One (1) year in Marketing or Advertising _**(Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)**_
- Must be a skilled communicator with well-developed verbal, written, and presentation ability
- Work Location: Triumph Building, #1610 Quezon Avenue Brgy.
South Triangle, Quezon City (Near: Centris, MPlace or ABS-CBN Building)
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
