Sales Marketing Assistant

The Sales & Marketing Assistant supports sales and marketing teams by tracking, organizing and reporting sales and marketing information S/he Inputs and updates customer data and price quotations in a database, and resolves sales related issues.
Coordinates with the Field Sales Supervisor and reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Duties:

· Assist the Account Managers/Business Development Managers

· Assist the President

· Prepare Sales Quotations and manages Customer Database

· Accommodate orders

· Perform tasks of an after-sales representative such as but not limited to handling of after sales call & meetings/face to face appointments with client

· Perform telemarketing tasks in line with the Product Marketing Plan

· Coordinates marketing activities and ensures deadlines are met and programs have been properly measured

· Provide support to Customer Relations Department

· Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Coordinate employee travel (air/land/lodging, etc.)
to and from Marketing related conventions and conferences

· Assist in special accounts and projects

· Prepare weekly & monthly sales summaries per Account Manager

· Prepare summarized Inventory report

· Provide status reports to the President on overall sales report

· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing

· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
