Sales & Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures all customers inquiries are processed efficiently and ensure that the company has the capability to meet the requirements starting from the making of orders to delivery of items
Handling customers inquiry for walk in, sales agent and office accountabilities
Prepare quotations based on customers specifications
Receives calls and e-mails and asses inquiry requirements such as sample box, lay-out, CDs, and other references to get all the relevant information to meet customers specifications
Coordination with production and shipping for jobs
Monitoring of job status for delivery schedule
Ensure that all Delivery receipt and acknowledgement receipt are properly monitored and endorsed to Accounting department

Qualifications
Graduate of any Business courses
Preferably Female
Excellent compute skills
Well organized
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Leadership and motivational skills
Creativity and great attention to detail
