Recruit, lead and manage groups of Financial Advisors.
Empower and lead them to achieve day to day and month to month targets.
Reinforces daily activity management of Financial Advisors.
Undergo and complete leadership training programs

?????? ??????????????????????:
Grow a team of successful sales professionals
Hire and develop a team of Financial Advisors.
Utilizes own expertise in sales team management & activity monitoring.
Ensures Team performance metrics & deliverables are met on a monthly basis.
Reinforces daily activity management of Financial Advisors
Implement & promote sales drives & campaigns in coordination with Agency Development.

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree / College Degree in any related field
20-40 years old
Have at least 1 year work experience outside of OJT
Have a broad network of contacts
Have the tools to effectively do online training and consultation (gadgets like cellphone, laptop, tablet, ipad and strong internet connection)
Has entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
Ability to work well with people of all levels within the organization
Driven, passionate, and can lead an amazing team
Can manage time effectively and efficiently
