Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction.
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the sales programs.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
- Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and partners.
- Design cross-selling programs and campaigns.
- Uplift the sales volume to its possible best.
- Organize training for new freelance agents/ agencies and review long
- and short-term sales strategies.
- Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
- Develop and maintain channels between freelance agents/ agencies.
- Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for all branch offices.
- Participate in the interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees.
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
- Provide the necessary support to sales associates/ freelance agents to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals.
- Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing sales information, inputs and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Determine the company's gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies.
- Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
- Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix.
Experience Requirements:
- Comfortable interacting with customers with ability to understand and solve their problems.
- Customer relationships or business relations management.
- With excellent interpersonal skills and knows how resolve conflicts between customers and agents.
- With ability to collect feedbacks to measure how users feel about the company's products or services.
- Adept at identifying potential customers.
- With experience is assisting the sales department to create new and repeat business opportunities through client support activities.
