Sales Manager

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Responsible for developing and executing clearly defined sales plan and strategies to meet and even exceed sales quota, sales goals for company's target revenue.
The position coordinates with the Top and middle management and other heads of the department for mutual concerns.
It also provides accurate and timely sales report by monthly, quarterly or annually.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work with Marketing to ensure consistent lead generation
- Collaborate with sales account executives to create and train prospecting process.
- Collaborate with sales account executive to create and train lead qualification process.
- Hire high performing salespeople according to HR staffing guidelines.
- Train new salespeople to ensure success
- Manage day to day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews
- Work with sales leadership to generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives
- Lead and schedule weekly and / or monthly team meeting with sales team and top management.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to Top management on a regular basis
- Coach and develop direct reports
- Implement performance plans according to company procedures
- Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
- Collaborate with IT on sales technology initiatives.
- Meet pre-determined revenue goals through the activities of direct reports.
- Trains and ensure adherence to sales process
- Work closely with top management of marketing, finance and operation to establish successful channel and partner programs
- Exhibits awareness of best, updated and new sales practices and methods
- Attends seminar, trainings, conferences, conventions, tradeshows, fairs and serve as spokesperson for marketing related events, meetings and gatherings local, national and international
- Perform other related task and duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

- College graduate with background and Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Liberal Arts, Public Relations or Sales
- With at least 3 to 5 years in experience in Sales and Marketing
- With strong customer service, analytical, planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, competitive and inspiration to sales team in achieving target goals
- With strong, effective and proficient verbal and written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports and proposals
- Demonstrate personal attributes to honesty and integrity, standard of conduct, patience, innovation, flexibility, sensitivity and other related work ethic

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
