Sales Manager

Lumaki Digital is looking to hire a sales manager to build and manage a sales team of up to 10 people. Our office is in Davao but our clients are mostly in the UK and USA. You MUST have experience selling to "foreign" clients in a b2b environment.YOUR SALARY PACKAGE:Basic Salary: ?25,000.00 – ?35,000.00 per monthCommissions: 5% override (commission) on ALL sales generated from your sales team (We expect you and your team to generate a minimum of ?700,000 per month in new sales).We expect you to earn an income of ?50,000-?100,000 per month including commissions.WORKING HOURS:- 4pm-12am Philippine Time (8am-4pm)THE JOB DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
