Sales Manager

Recruit Premiere Property Specialists and accredit external licensed Brokers
Train and educate the Premiere Property Specialists and Brokers on market trends, prices, legalities, documentation and other company related matters
Ensure that the required/mandatory licenses and accreditation of all Property Sellers are secured, updated, submitted for records purposes
Achieve and exceed sales quota as prescribed by the company
Ensure full implementation of the company’s policies and regulations.
Preferably with minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate property selling and in the Sales Manager position.
With confidence and personality to ably promote the RHK Land Corporation brand name
Has a strong and broad high networth client base and brokers network.
Has basic knowlege of digital sales and marketing.
Can ably guide and encourage the Premiere Property Specialist and Brokers network in closing a successful sale and meet their respective targets
Should be Equipped with: Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; fair judgement and a sense of adaptability.
