The Sales Manager is the head of the company's sales department managing all different sales channels including all retail stores of Terry's.
He/she leads the sales team by developing and implementing sales plans to achieve Company objectives, increase the company's long-term profit growth and motivating the employees to hit sales goals.
His/her primary aim is to boost sales revenue through professional, efficient operations and reaching management goals in accordance with the company's comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
The position reports directly to the General Manager and MANCOM of the Company.
This position cooperates with the other departments as may be required from time-to-time and as may be necessary to execute his/her responsibilities in a timely and sufficient manner.
Furthermore, this position is expected to observe the policies and procedures, security measures and work guidelines, as well as lawful directions given by TSI's management and persons in authority.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- The primary aim of the Sales Manager is to maximize sales revenue, minimize costs, and reach
management goals in accordance with the company's comprehensive sales and marketing plan.
- Executes full compliance w,ith company standards especially in the following areas:
- Service Standards
- Customer Management
- Inventory
- Documentation, Manuals & Templates
- Ensures all activities run accurately and in accordance with the company's philosophy and values.
- Ensures excellent customer care standards are always met.
- Ensures that Terry's quality at its most premium standards is applied in its operations and services.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or similar.
- Extensive experience as a sales manager.
- Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and strategies in sales
- Unmatched supervision, research, and troubleshooting skills.
- Assertive and with a high sense of business acumen.
- Must be willing to work onsite
**Salary**: Up to Php50,000.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Bonus pay
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pasig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- sales managing: 2 years (preferred)
