JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reads and routes incoming mails and documents.
- Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence for appropriate action/evaluation by immediate superior.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
- Performs administrative duties in line with the department's/office's goals and objectives:
- Must have background in Sales of construction materials (Valves, Pipes, Switch gears, Motors etc.)
JOB REQUIRMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the Construction Industry.
- Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication, Well-organized, Detail-Oriented, Time Management, Resourceful, Strategic Multitasking, and with a strong personality.
- With at least 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
- To be assigned in Pasig City
