Provides assistance to incoming and outgoing customers.
- Answers customer questions, concerns and phone inquiries about company's products and promotions.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all Distributors on all account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, healthy working relationships with Distributors
- Demonstrates product functions and specifications.
- Examines products being purchased for damages and price accuracy before releasing the product to the customers.
- Processes product returns and check to see if products are damaged.
- Assists in the opening and closing of store and maintenance of store retail displays.
- Ensures proper safekeeping of all store assets and disbursement of funds.
- Responsible for recruiting of new clients or dealers
- Communicates with the Immediate Supervisor regarding customer requests or concerns and store needs.
- Performs other sales related duties assigned by the Immediate Superior
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least two (2) years above in sales and field assignment
- Background from ecigarettes/vape is an advantage
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Can render overtime, work on holidays if needed
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with mínimal supervision
- Good customer service skills.
**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
