Sales Executive

Job Descriptions
Visits a minimum of Six (6) prospect clients daily.
Achieves Sales Target for the year.
Prepares quotations depending on the client's requirements, Company Profile and other pertinent sales documents before commencement of any project.
Discuss project requirements or any arrangements to CSI internal departments to properly endorse the project to maintain an effective business process all throughout the contract.
Prepares Sales Report for New and Existing Projects: Sales Prospect-Plan/Itinerary/Progress/Deployment/Project Status etc.
Does regular client checking and seek other business opportunities.
Prepares Sales and Marketing plan for prospect project/industry.
Attend client's events if CSI presence is needed.
Prepares Yearly Sales Budget.
Review and analyze profit for New and Existing Projects
Monitors and manage any claims from the handled projects both client and employee.
Prepares, Collect and File Contract and other project documents.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.
Minimum One (1) to Two (2) years of working experience in sales industry.
Sales/Operation/Project experience in handling manpower is a plus.
Able to secure profitable business.
Have an excellent analytical skills and result oriented.
Must be able to communicate in English and Tagalog with clients.
Knowledge in Computer Programs such as Excel, Word and PPT and the likes is a plus.
Willing to learn, team player, pro-active and has initiative.
Willing to do field work to saturate and scout for opportunities.
