Sales Executive

Send catalogs and actual samples of new items
Submits orders by referring to the price list and product code
Attend to customer’s needs and concern with regards to the products that we sell
Must know how to present appropriate products to the client and its market
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers
Handles after sales services and prospecting and opening new accounts
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Assist and sustain existing accounts, Obtain order and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors
