Details of the offer

Ensures that sales targets are met across branches handled
Ensures merchandising and customer service standards and implemented
Coordinates with head office marketing and merchandising department, store managers, store supervisors, buyers, etc.
Ensures that all concerns are acted upon accordingly in a timely manner
Identifies causes and problems that relate to store performance.
Conducts periodic store visits and facilitates new store openings
Facilitates selection and supervision of promodisers
Implements price & product memos
Ensures effective display of marketing collateral, brand signage’s
Monitors and reports competitor activities
Monitors inventory levels and orders on a weekly basis
Coordinates order requests, stock allocation, pricing, delivery and distribution of orders
Ensures submission of monthly reports
Performs other functions of the Sales & Marketing Dept. as necessary
Must possess a Bachelors Degree in Entrepreneurial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent course
With at least (1) year work experience in a related field
Must have strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work with and in teams
Must be able to handle / manage people
Must be physically fit to do field work from time to time
Proficient in basic MS Office Applications
Proficient in English as a written language
Efficient time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Disciplined, organized, and trustworthy
