Job Descriptions
Sales Engineer specialized in the technical specification of products. They use their technical skills to explain and present the benefits of products or services to potential customers. Analyzes technical requirements of the customer and custom modify products to meet customers’ specific needs. Ensures to achieve Sales Target through negotiating and closing sales deals. He also collaborates with the sales team and other support groups.
Ensures attainment of monthly and yearly assigned Sales targets.
Generate high-quality sales leads through following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, and completing sales.
Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain products and services.
Facilitate actual technical product presentations and negotiations.
Prepare quotations, Sales order sheets based on customers’ requirements.
Develop and open new customers in assigned market segments and/or territory.
Monitors status of receivables from accounts being covered.
Coordinate with Sales Coordinator to ensure that all incoming customer Purchase Orders are processed on time.
Submits weekly and monthly sales-related reports.
Coordinates with warehouse to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers.
Coordinate with the Accounting Department the status of all due customer accounts.
Work closely with the Marketing team to strategize promotion activities.
Assist in researching and developing new products.
Resolving customers’ concerns and product-related issues.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineer / BS Electrical Engineer or equivalent.
Licensed or Registered Electronics or Electrical Engineer is an advantage.
With working experience in the field of technical operations or IT infrastructure industry.
With previous experience in B2B Sales.
With presentation and negotiation skills.
Has customer management skills.
Flexible and with effective verbal communication skills.
