Sales Director - Southwoods

Job Description:
Recruitment, management and metoring of Sales Division Represent the Department in marketing events such as trade shows, conferences, conventions, etc. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Manage Sales Managers and provide them with reports to help analyze their performance. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's/College degree in any related course.

Must have 3-4 active Sales Managers (each with 4-5 Property Specilaists)

Dynamic and Strong Interpersonal Skills

Preferably, Licensed Real Estate Broker.

Strong leadership and sales management skills.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

To be assigned in Southwoods (Carmona, Cavite).
