What success looks like in this role:
Responsible for managing team of sales executives and managing/driving sales into new logo accounts within a territory, focused on either a specific Unisys portfolio segment or the full Unisys portfolio. The manager will be responsible for achieving specifically assigned goals for the portfolio segment assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Manages medium to large-sized teams of sales executives with varying levels of expertise as defined by Regional leadership.
Typically manages a specific region/territory.
May develop sales strategies and forecast sales volume for territory or region.
Builds and maintains relationships with existing and potential accounts.
Responsible for expanding and retaining accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service is provided over the sales cycle.ic region/territory.

You will be successful in this role if you have:Key Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of sales and/or industry experience.
Must have consistent successful quota attainment.
Must have industry knowledge and demonstrate independence with managing work.
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel, as needed.
Driven, enthusiastic, persistent, confident, and highly motivated.
Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
Strong ability to persuade, be strategic, motivate, and influence others.
Excellent systems knowledge: Microsoft Office Suite programs and internet
