Job description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Management, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, etc
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Expertise in Selling & Marketing Real Estate Properties Including Condominium units.
Can project and attain monthly quota, quarterly quota, annual quota.
Excellent Team Leader with impartiality to the whole team.
Can do PowerPoint presentation and other paraphernalia for marketing including road shows.
Can travel and work 24/7.
With full of patience in attending to the clients and unit owners.
Expertise in business management.
Excellent in making and updating written report to the Top Management.
Excellent in Billing & Collection.
Can do Cost Analysis of Office Expenditures.
Can build program & train sales team..
Can start immediately.
Excellent Customer Service.
