Job Description:
This managerial post plays a dynamic role in building relationships with advertisers and creating strategic campaigns that will meet advertisers objectives within the Rappler space.

This role will help continue shape native advertising and educate partners on its effectiveness in reaching their target audiences in Rappler.

Key Responsibilities Acquire new and manage existing accounts by looking at new opportunities to generate sales Conduct face-to-face meetings and roadshows with media, creative, PR agencies and direct to brand to build strong partnerships Contribute in strategy building for campaigns and Rappler products and services, being aware of current brand campaigns Knowledgeable with digital trends, platforms and performance analysis Handle full project management for each account - from ideation, presentation to publication Support other tasks implemented by the sales department Any other functions within the terms of engagement
Minimum Qualifications:
Driven to achieve sales target, quality results and budget effectiveness. Relationships with media agencies and brands is a big plus At least 5 years work experience Should have a background on Brand and Digital Marketing and some experiences in events conceptualization Knowledgable on Brand Management processes across the marketing mix (e.g. from brand positioning, insights to segmentation of target audience profiles). Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and analytical skills Must be a team leader and team player Strong project management skills Candidate should be a good negotiator and have a good customer focus (both external as internal customers)
