Job Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and goals with minimal supervision.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn about different industries and tailor communication accordingly.
• Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and willingness to work with other departments to achieve shared goals.
Budget: 45K-50K
Work location: Ortigas, Pasig City with opportunity for hybrid set up after regularization (2 days wfh, 3 days onsite work)
Work schedule: 5AM – 2PM (DST) or 6AM – 3PM
