**Job Summary**:
As the foundation of the sales/marketing team, you'll be responsible for expanding Salarium's inbound and outbound lead generation.
This includes prospecting, nurturing, and most important of all — selling.
You'll work closely with marketing to help manage lead lists, marketing campaigns, and more.
You will be generating lead volume for our sales team while helping people understand the many ways in which Salarium can simplify their payroll needs.
After a year or less, you'll be given the opportunity to join the sales team as an account executive.
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Research prospect contact information and best ways to get in touch with them
- Nurture and qualify new leads that turn into quality demo appointments
- Cold call, prospect and pipeline building and opportunity identification
- Educate prospects on Salariums' HR and benefits solutions
- Work closely with Sales Managers & Marketing on various projects that are in support of the entire sales team

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, and/or marketing
- Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment
- Previous work experience in a software company is an advantage

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 per month
