Support sales for a leading US-based tech company Continuous learning and development opportunities Be a part of a diverse and international environment
The Job

You will be responsible for :
Scraping and organising contacts and brands, conducting outbound calls and verifying information from the current database. Setting up appointment calls with these leads to schedule meetings for a potential sales deal. Scheduling meetings and managing work calendars Responding to queries in a timely manner and escalating issues to required teams via various channels
The Profile
You have at least 1 year of experience in a Sales role along and experience with outbound calling. You have experience with CRM and Customer Service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. You have excellent communication skills in English as you will be working with a US-based company You are willing to work graveyard hours if required You are motivated and always seeking opportunities to grow You are a strong networker and relationship builder.
