Sales Coordinator

Implement and monitor the Sales Order process, demo requests & Sales Order Cancellation Form, inclusive of filing and retrieval.
Assist sales personnel and clients to ensure completion of deliveries based on customer's Purchase Orders.
Coordinate with Account Managers, Sales Assistants, Logistics Department, and Technical Support Center personnel regarding all deliveries and associated special instructions.
Follow-up with the Purchasing Department regarding all lacking items of clients in accordance to their Purchase Orders.
Inform Account Managers & Sales Assistants regarding problems arising from their clients' orders, especially on the availability of stocks, price changes, incompatibility of parts & delivery lead time.
Coordinate with Account Managers and Sales Assistants every day to verify the next day's delivery details: location, date and time, authorized personnel to receive goods and availability of payments.
Coordinate with Account Manager regarding the availability of payment before delivery for Cash-on-Delivery clients.
Maintains and updates client's record through Credit Investigation and seeks approval of Finance Department.
Process the requisition of free items for clients upon clearing of payments from the Accounting Department and request Purchasing Department to order the goods.
Canvasses and negotiates shipments and freight charges with forwarders.
Submit ad-hoc reports to the Purchasing Department & Finance Head.
Check discrepancy of item movement in the Accounting Software (FACT).
Checking and verification of stocks.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology and related fields.
With 2 Years of Work Experience (fresh graduates can be considered).
Good oral and written communication
Good customer and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
With accounting and SAP background is an advantage
Dependable and keen on details
With leadership potential and initiative at work
Very particular on any instructions given

Salary Range: P15,000-P20,000
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM-6:30 PM
