yallacompare is hiring a Sales Coordinator to join our exciting team! We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic candidate with exceptional excel experience. If you have the ability to manage campaigns and content, work on campaign delivery management and build and maintain relationships this is the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities:
- Managing campaigns and content.
- Campaign delivery management - building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Download all lead files from the back end, filter the leads as per campaigns and send them to the banking call centre team.
- Notify marketing and sales if any campaign is under delivered and on completion.
- Assist sales team in taking the campaign live.
- Coordinating with Marketing and Tech for content update, banner uploads and other requirements.
- Email all live clients their daily lead files.
- Email the internal daily lead MIS to Marketing, Sales and Management.
- Assist the Operations Manager by managing the after sale service this will involve calling 50% of customers that purchased a policy 48 hours beforehand asking the company's survey questions produce a call log, create a weekly report of findings and spot trends .
Skills Required:
- Excellent english written and verbal communication skills with the ability to converse clearly, positively and effectively.
- Advanced excel skills is essential.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
- Build and develop long-term client relationships; listening to clients and identifying needs.
- Possesses a high level of professionalism, assertiveness and honesty.
- Confident, competitive and energetic over the phone.
