Details of the offer

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Being updated with our products’ inventory levels
- Gain knowledge on the company’s different product lines and offerings
- Support sales team by creating quotations and other supporting documents
- Assist in coordination of delivery and pulling out of product samples to clients
- Occasionally assist with credits and collections
- Conducting customer service functions - order status updates, after sales.
- Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
