Sales Associate - Megamall Branch

The Sales Associate is responsible for engaging with customers to be able to close a sale or give assistance to what the customers need.
S/He should have the target and sales as her/his top priority, executing the expected high level of TOP customer service.
S/He shall also make certain that items on the sales floor are in order and well-kept and displayed according to standards.

CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & FOCUS**
- Provides excellent customer experience by being knowledgeable about the products sold in the stores - features, benefits, fit, use and trivia about the merchandise
- Promotes and practice excellent customer service with sincerity and efficiency
- Performs shoe cleaning (Capital store assigned athletes) as an extra service to customers who purchase from Capital and Forum stores

STORE OPERATIONS**
- Makes certain that all items on display have security tags, size beads and are crease-free
- Steams apparels that are to be displayed in the selling area
- Organizes and ensures completeness of the items in the assigned zone and other zones as necessary by way of automatic refills
- Performs daily housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of the store
- Consistently adheres to the endorsement procedure with co-athletes when going on breaks or when there is a need to be out of the sales floor

Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: Php570.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:
