Job description:
- Working closely with clients, to identify needs, answer inquiries about the services, and recommend possible solutions and offers
- Welcoming clients and answering their queries
- Resolving customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
- Knowledgeable and up-to-date with the service features, and the ability to provide options
- Help maintain the company/store's visual appearance in presentable condition or in high standards
- Achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Ability to cross sell products and handle returns of merchandise
- Building productive trust relationships with clients
- Team up with other departments to ensure proper customer service
- Provide ideas and strategies on ways to improve sales
Job qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other related field is an advantage
- With at least 6 months of work experience as sales staff for any related industry (i.e.
vehicles, car parts, equipment, etc.)
- Basic understanding of sale principles and customer service practices
- Great communication skills, able to influence and convince at all levels
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Ability to familiarize inventory procedures and different information connected to the services and products
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
**Salary**: From Php12,000.00 per month
