Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to network When it comes to the challenge of actually selling, other typical duties include:


Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products Setting meetings for Sales Managers by phone, email, and in person Minimum Qualifications:
Must have an experience in software product selling account management Must have experience in selling to the Shared Services BPO Industry (Customer Service, HR, IT, Finance) 1-2 years working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record Experience with the Shared Services Industry and Software Development is a plus Proficiency in English Market knowledge Excellent Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
