Sales Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
• Achieving established quotas and increasing in store sales
• Superior product knowledge and maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
• Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• With at least one year experience in Retail Sales from Premium Brand, an advantage
• Able to communicate well in English (written and oral)
• Internal Requirements for Height: Male 5’4” / Female: 5’2”
• Must have excellent leadership skills
• Customer Service is Top priority.
• Required Skill(s): English, Filipino
