Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets
Follow up on new leads and referrals
Identify sales prospects and contact the accounts as assigned.
Develop and maintain sales materials
Establish and maintain current clients and potential client relationships.
Identify and resolve client concerns.
Other duties as assigned
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Secretarial, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Good negotiation skills
Background in Sales is a plus
