Job Description:
Drafts project brief and marketing plan for new projects. Conducts market research from time to time. Regularly updates competitor’s study within concerned project areas. Proposes effective payment terms and promos that may be applicable to the assigned projects. Recommends buyer’s incentives for projects handled. Recommends ideas and strategies for internet advertising. Coordinates with Sta. Lucia Realty Development and Incorporated about project details, events, Ads, PR, budget proposal, etc. Documents PR and Ad placement of OPMC and competitors. Conceptualizes events, exhibits, and other below the line marketing to promote old projects based on the marketing plan. Organizes and monitors recruitment activities and handles the conduct of trainings and seminars for newly recruited sellers. Attends to all sales activities and allocates budget based on scheduled activities of all projects such as the following: Open houses. Saturations. Recruitment drives. Sales events such as Assemblies, rallies, meetings, and clinics. Tent slotting. Site manning, site tripping and site orientation. Annual sales parties including office supplies requisitions. Supports sales representatives in all sales activities, network organization, and sales quota target. Minimum Qualifications:
A graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or any business related course. Preferably with experience in sales & marketing in the same industry. Basic knowledge in using MS Office ( Word, Excel & Powerpoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good presentation skills. Positive mental attitude and people-oriented. Ability to understand the characteristics of sales people. Willing to do field work. Willing to work on a flexible schedule and occasionally travel.
