Job Qualification
-Has 3 years and above work experience as Sales Administrations or related in Real Estate Industry
-Has Bachelor's/ College Degree
-Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
-Strong analytical skills and strategic planning skills
-Highly organized and can work under pressure
-Can work well independently and with team
Job Description
1. Provide sample computation to Sales Team
2. Attend on regular sales events and provide assistance to the sales team
3. Ensure submission of complete reservation documents from the Sales Team.4
. Screening of reservation documents and ensure that all required information from the reservation agreement are properly filled-out
5. Monitoring of Client Registration Forms to ensure client ownership to the right seller
6. Will serve as reliever for other Sales Assistant/s on site
7. Will be the main coordinator between SDC and Sales Team with regards to sales reservation and queries
8. Will provide real time sales reports to the management
9. Keep and file reservation documents as Sales Admin's copy
10. Assist the Sales Admin Manager and perform other tasks that may be assigned
