Sales Assistant

Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or any business related course
Preferably with experience in sales & marketing in the same industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
With positive mental attitude and people oriented
With good presentation skills and be able to do fieldwork
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional travel
Monitors performance & attendance of sellers during the accreditation seminar
Validates the accreditation of all new sellers
Conducts accreditation seminars using approved materials of the company
Drafts project brief for activities and for new projects launches
Conducts market research and competitive scanning, particularly on payment terms, buyers promos and sellers incentives
Provides input on the effectiveness of its project collaterals - off and on site – for immediate implementation
Attends to all sales & marketing related activities of the project/s assigned to her.
Presides sales meetings with her sellers and provides all sales and marketing related information which is vital to meeting the corporate targets
Activity evaluation report
