Job description
The Sales Admin is primarily responsible for the coordination of release of purchased units from the company's holding areas to the respective purchasers.
The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
1.
Advise the warehouse and sales & marketing office of scheduled releases for the day
2.
Submit the Walk In, Phone In and test drive log sheets
3.
Showroom unit display monitoring.
4.
Scheduling of client demo, viewing and test drive as well as securing of unit.
5.
Preparing of vehicle quotation.
6.
Submission of showroom duty schedule
7.
Preparation of month end sales performance of SCs.
8.
Filing and monitoring of VSOs:
a.
For Invoice
b.
Released
9.
Organizing and keeping of sales records and files.
a.
Unit Releases
b. SC Performance
10.
Preparation of releases.
11.
Monitoring and submission of RDFs to sales & mktg office.
12.
Preparation and submission of PTSCs' classroom training allowance to Payroll Dept.
13.
Advise sales & mtkg office of all offsite display schedule.
14.
Does the coordination of offsite displays with Sales & mktg department such as the ff:
a. unit for display and securing of vehicle insurance
b. b. ingress and egress set Up (work permit, admin assistance, service unit, tent, etc.)
c. c. submit the offsite display duty schedule of SCs
d. d. submit the offsite display duty attendance sheets of SCs
15.
Disseminate information related to offsite displays.
16.
Responsible in monitoring of sales & mktg materials provided like tarpaulins, standees, specs stand, etc.
17.
Submit the offsite display acty report and pictures one day after last day display.
