Attends phone inquiries as well as walk-ins in the absence of the Sales Manager
- Sends corporate and contracted rates as instructed by Sales Manager & Reservation Manager
- Sends and follow-up group proposals and packages
- Processes bookings of accounts from sending confirmation to SOA/invoices
- Monitors option dates and follow-ups payment and tentative reservations
- Source out possible suppliers of different activities in the island depending on the needs of the group/inquiries
- Maintains and regularly updates the account files or database
- Does joint calls as needed
**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
