Job Description:
Sales & Reservation Assistant will handle booking-related phone and date-of-visit inquiries and concerns with the various products under ABS-CBN Themed Experiences, Inc. i.e. Studio Experience, Studio Tours, Xperiences-on-the-Go Duties and Responsibilities: Attend to all inbound calls, letters/emails and in-person sales inquiries, confirming school booking or event reservations vis-à-vis facility capacity Submit inbound and outbound call report weekly (no. of calls, type of inquiry/segment, conversion, customer feedback) and include analysis of such Finalize event/ booking details with the customers and relay these to the Operations team Manage inquiry and assist in resolving concerns of irate customers In charge of planning when the team needs to increase manpower support and liaising with HR to contract manpower agency to help in processing sales. Facilitate payment follow up and payment collection from school, celebrations and corporate accounts Coordinate ocular visit request from BDA-to-Metro Operations-to-client in school, celebrations and corporate accounts Manage calendar reservations and calendar updates Responsible for sending/emailing event order forms of events to specific ministries In-charge in managing client accreditation requirements (Tour Operators) Booking of reserved slots in Studio Experience and/or Studio Tours In-charge of creating tickets in KTX In-charge in consolidating summary reports for a specific promo Must be willing to be assigned in Trinoma, ELJ and others -- BGC, Taguig Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any Business-related course 1-2 years of experience in sales Great interpersonal skills and good communication skills Must be a team player, highly flexible, highly organized and willing to work in fast paced environment Keen to detail and highly proficient in meeting deadlines and establishing priorities Should be willing to work on weekends, holidays
